Athletics
How we play the game matters.
At The King’s School, every one of our sports teams is rooted in Christian values. Whether on the soccer field or the basketball court, our coaches and student-athletes are committed to competing with integrity, respect, and sportsmanship — using athletics as another place to grow in character, not just skill. We believe that how our students play the game matters just as much as how well they play it.

Soccer

Grades 5–8
Co-Ed Modified
Our co-ed modified soccer program welcomes students in grades 5–8, no experience necessary. Whether your child has never kicked a ball or has played for years, this program meets them where they are — the focus is on learning the fundamentals of the game, building confidence, and having fun with teammates along the way. It's a great first step into competitive sports, giving younger players a chance to develop their skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment before moving on to the varsity level.

Co-Ed Varsity
Our co-ed Varsity soccer program welcomes players of all experience levels, from those just stepping into competitive play to seasoned athletes ready to sharpen their game. Our program emphasizes sportsmanship and integrity on and off the field, while still delivering the competitive gameplay, skill development, and athletic growth today's players are looking for. Whether your goal is to grow as an athlete, compete at a high level, or grow in character alongside teammates who share your values, Varsity soccer at The King's School is a place to do all three.

Grades 5–8
Boys Modified
Our boys modified basketball team focuses on instilling the basics of the game — fundamentals, teamwork, and effort. Players learn what it takes to compete while being held to a standard of respect, integrity, and sportsmanship both on and off the court. It's the perfect starting point for boys looking to build a love for the game the right way, alongside teammates and coaches who value character as much as competition.

Our program emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork alongside competitive gameplay, sharpened fundamentals, and real athletic growth. Players are challenged to elevate their game while holding fast to a standard of integrity and respect — both for their teammates and their opponents — making Varsity Basketball at The King's School a place where athletes compete hard and lead well.
